Lighting Council Australia strongly encourages its members and the public to report products and suppliers which they believe to be non-conforming/non-compliant with mandatory standards and regulations. Lighting Council Australia will undertake an investigation to determine if the product is non-conforming/non-compliant and refer to the relevant regulator if required.
