Lighting Leader Forums will be held across Australia in February 2025.

These forums are designed for MD’s, CEO’s and Senior Leaders. Each session involves a round table discussion followed by a chance to network with like-minded industry peers.  The February meetings will be focussed on issues raised by the ACCC.

ACCC focusing on Lighting Industry

The ACCC have advised, over the last 12 months they’ve received complaints that manufacturers and wholesalers in the lighting industry are allegedly engaging in resale price maintenance. The ACCC have taken action against companies for resale price maintenance, resulting in sizable financial penalties.

There are 5 key areas where a supplier could fall foul of the law.  At our Lighting Leaders Forums in February we will deep dive into each of these and more.  A legal representative will guide us through the do’s and don’ts in relation to compliance with the law.
